The free initial conversation takes approximately 30 minutes. We explore what is happening, whether Kieron is a good fit and a sensible next step. You do not need a polished brief and there is no obligation to continue.

How much does coaching cost?
The discovery call is free. Some services have published prices; other work is scoped after discovery. See the investment page, then confirm the scope and terms with Kieron before committing.
Is coaching the same as consulting?
Coaching helps you examine assumptions and make decisions. Some situations also need analysis, facilitation or process improvement. The right mix is agreed around the problem rather than a fixed method.
Do you guarantee a result?
No. Outcomes depend on the situation, participation and implementation. The aim is to agree realistic priorities and practical work, not promise a particular business or personal result.
