New Life Coaching NZ respects your privacy. This policy explains how information supplied through this independently hosted website is handled.

Information we receive

We may receive your name, contact details, enquiry content and information you choose to provide during a coaching or business engagement.

How it is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, determine whether a service may be appropriate, deliver agreed work and keep necessary business records. It is not sold.

Website forms and hosting

The replacement website is hosted by Netlify. Website form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms and delivered to New Life Coaching NZ. Email is handled through the business's configured email providers.

Analytics and external services

No visitor analytics are enabled in the emergency replacement at launch. Links to Owner Optional, WhatsApp and the external client CRM are governed by those services' own privacy terms.

Security and retention

Reasonable safeguards are used. Information is retained only as long as reasonably required for its purpose and applicable business or legal obligations.
