These terms apply to use of newlifecoachingnz.com. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these terms.
General information only
Website material is general information about New Life Coaching NZ and its services. It is not legal, accounting, tax, financial, medical or mental-health advice. Obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional where your decision requires it.
Coaching and business-improvement services
Website descriptions do not themselves create a coaching or consulting engagement. The scope, responsibilities, price, payment terms, confidentiality arrangements and other conditions of an engagement will be agreed separately in writing.
Career Transformation is currently described at NZD $5,777 without a promised duration, session count or fixed inclusions. Extended DISC is described at NZD $350 for a strengths assessment plus a one-hour debrief. Other confirmed offers are described only to the extent stated on the relevant page. If website wording conflicts with a signed engagement agreement, the signed agreement prevails.
Outcomes and responsibility
Coaching and business-improvement work supports clearer analysis, decisions and action. Results depend on circumstances and on the decisions and actions of the people involved. New Life Coaching NZ does not guarantee a particular commercial, financial, career, team or personal outcome.
You remain responsible for your decisions, implementation and for obtaining specialist professional advice where needed.
Extended DISC
Extended DISC information describes behavioural preferences and can support reflection and communication. It is not a medical or psychological diagnosis, a measure of a person's worth or ability, or a guarantee of behaviour or performance.
Owner Optional
Owner-dependence, resilience, sale-readiness and business-value information is educational and diagnostic. It is not an independent formal valuation, broker appraisal, legal advice, accounting advice or tax advice. owneroptional.nz is linked as a separate pathway and may have its own terms and privacy information.
Prices and availability
Unless stated otherwise, prices are in New Zealand dollars. Published prices and offer availability may change before an engagement is accepted. Any applicable tax, payment schedule, cancellation terms and expenses will be set out in the relevant proposal or agreement.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, New Life Coaching NZ owns or is licensed to use the website content, branding and original tools. You may view and make a reasonable personal or internal-business copy of public website material. You may not reproduce, sell, publish or adapt it commercially without written permission, except where the law permits.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or malicious material, or use website content in a way that infringes another person's rights.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any dispute relating to website use is subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts, unless the parties agree another lawful process.
